Search and command palette

Navigate Replify instantly with Cmd+K, quick actions, and full-text search across all your support data.

Command palette

Press Cmd+K (or just K when no input is focused) to open the command palette. From here you can:

  • Navigate to any of the 13 views (Chats, Tickets, KB, Customers, etc.)
  • Jump to any of the 13 settings sections
  • Run 12 "New..." actions (new chat, new ticket, new article, new agent, etc.) — the create form opens directly

Arrow keys to navigate results, Enter to select, Escape to close. Recent searches (last 5) are stored in localStorage and shown on open.

Back button

Replify keeps a navigation history stack (persisted in localStorage). Hit the back button (or Escape in most views) to retrace your steps without losing context.

Keyboard shortcuts

Beyond Cmd+K, Replify has 12 navigation shortcuts (Cmd+1 through Cmd+0, Alt+Shift+T, Cmd+,), context-specific shortcuts (/ to focus reply, Cmd+Enter to send, Alt+N for new article), and a shortcuts reference modal (Cmd+/). Every shortcut can be rebound in Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts with conflict detection and live modifier preview.

Pro additions — full-text search

On Pro, the command palette gains API-powered search across your entire support database:

  • Chats — search by customer name or email
  • Messages — search chat message content with context snippets
  • Tickets — search subject, description, and comments
  • Customers — search by name or email
  • KB articles — search title and article body
  • Agents — search by name, email, or handle

Results are grouped by category with icons, matched terms highlighted in a purple pill, and ~120-character context snippets shown around each match.
