Public knowledge base
A customer-facing help center that lives on your WordPress site with search, ratings, and AI chatbot.
What it is
Replify generates a public-facing knowledge base on your WordPress site. Visitors can browse articles by category, search, rate helpfulness, and leave feedback — without ever opening a support ticket. The pages are SEO-friendly with clean URLs and server-rendered content.
Browsing and navigation
- Category browsing. Articles are grouped under the same hierarchical categories you set up in the admin.
- Search overlay. A search bar with instant results across article titles and content.
- Previous / next navigation. At the bottom of each article, links to adjacent articles in the same category.
- Related articles. Replify shows related articles based on shared categories.
- Client-side routing. Navigation between articles is SPA-style for speed, falling back to full page loads for SEO crawlers.
Engagement features
- View counter. Tracks how many times each article has been read.
- Helpful / not helpful voting. Quick thumbs-up/down on every article.
- Star rating. Optional 5-star rating (enable in settings).
- Feedback form. Visitors can write detailed feedback if they want to say more than a thumbs-down.
AI chatbot
If you have a BYO-AI provider connected, an AI chatbot appears on KB pages. It answers visitor questions using your KB content as context — reducing the number of chats and tickets that reach your team.
Pro additions
- Popular articles. A "most read" section generated from view counts.
