The short version

Replify is a self-hosted WordPress plugin. Your chats, tickets, knowledge base articles, and customer data live on your own server, in your own database. We don't see them. We don't have access to them. We can't read them.

What we collect

The Replify plugin itself does not phone home. Activating it on your site does not register your site with us, send us your data, or open a connection to our servers.

The only data Replify, the company, sees is what you give us directly:

  • If you buy a Pro licence: your name, email, and billing details, processed by our payment provider (SureCart). We retain a record of the purchase to honour licence activation, refunds, and support.
  • If you contact us: the contents of the message you send through the contact form, plus the name and email you provide.
  • If you visit replify.io: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, page) for the purpose of debugging and basic traffic analytics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

What Replify Pro sends to our servers

When you activate a Pro licence on your WordPress site, the plugin pings our licence server periodically to verify the licence is still valid. The ping includes the licence key and the site URL the licence is activated against. Nothing else.

If a Pro licence later lapses or is refunded, your Pro features stay unlocked and your data stays where it is. Only updates stop.

BYO-AI

Replify's AI features run against API keys you provide (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). We don't proxy those calls. The traffic goes directly from your server to your chosen provider, on your account. Their data policies apply, not ours.

Replify Troubleshooter

The Troubleshooter plugin is opt-in on the user's side. It only sends a system report (WordPress version, PHP version, active plugins) to a webhook the user explicitly chooses, after the user explicitly clicks "Send." No background telemetry. Cookies

replify.io uses no third-party tracking cookies. Anonymous server-side analytics only.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent customer data. We don't share it with third parties except where required by law or where strictly necessary to deliver a service you bought (e.g. SureCart for billing).

Your rights

If you'd like a copy of any data we hold about you, or want it deleted, email us at hello@replify.io and we'll respond within seven days.

We'll update this page if our practices change, and we'll note the "last updated" date at the top.
