Who you're buying from
Replify is a product of Karobar Solutions LLC, the entity formerly known as Pak Web House LLP. Where these terms say "we" or "us," that's Karobar Solutions LLC.
What you're buying
Replify is sold in two ways:
- Free: downloaded from WordPress.org. You may install it on as many WordPress sites as you want, for as long as you want, at no cost. The free tier has no expiration.
- Pro: sold via a SureCart-powered checkout at replify.io. Pro licences come in three tiers (Personal, Business, Agency) and two billing models (yearly subscription or one-time lifetime). Each tier defines a maximum number of WordPress sites the licence can be activated on simultaneously.
What a Pro licence unlocks
Activating a Pro licence on a WordPress site unlocks all Pro features for that site. The licence stays unlocked permanently for that site after activation. Even if the licence later lapses or you let the subscription expire, only updates stop. No Pro feature stops working, no data is removed, nothing breaks.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on any Pro purchase. Email hello@replify.io from the email address on file within 30 days of purchase and we'll process the refund.
After a refund is processed, the licence will no longer activate Pro features on additional sites. Sites that already had Pro activated before the refund retain whatever feature state they already had at the moment of refund. Updates and licence reactivation stop.
Acceptable use
You may use Replify on any number of sites permitted by your tier, for any lawful business or personal purpose. You may not:
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Pro plugin's code as your own.
- Use Replify to send spam, conduct phishing, or violate the privacy of your customers or users.
- Activate a single licence on more sites than your tier permits.
Free plugin licence (GPL)
The Replify free plugin and Replify Troubleshooter are licensed under the GPLv2 or later, the standard WordPress plugin licence. You may modify, redistribute, and run them on as many sites as you wish, subject to the GPL.
Pro plugin licence
The Pro plugin's distribution is gated on a valid licence key issued by us. The code of Pro is also licensed GPL where it inherits WordPress functionality, but our distribution rights are conditional on you holding a valid licence (or having held one at the time of activation).
Support
Pro customers get email support during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pakistan Standard Time). Free users get community support via WordPress.org.
Service availability
Because Replify runs on your server, our uptime is not your uptime. The pages on replify.io and the licence-validation endpoint are best-effort. If our licence server is temporarily unreachable, your already-activated sites continue to work normally. They don't fail closed.
Liability
Replify is provided "as is." We do our best to ship working, secure software, but we don't promise it's bug-free or fits a specific use case beyond what's described on the marketing site. Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active Pro customers and noted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
