Activity log

Pro

A complete audit trail of every action taken inside Replify. Pro only.

What it records

Every create, update, delete, and status change across chats, tickets, KB articles, agents, and settings is logged with the actor's name, a human-readable description, and a timestamp.

Browsing the log

  • Filter by domain. Action types are grouped by domain: chat, ticket, KB, agent, settings. Pick one or view all.
  • Search. Free-text search across log descriptions.
  • Click to navigate. Each row links to the related resource — click an entry about a ticket and you land on that ticket.
  • Color-coded badges. Each domain gets a distinct color for quick scanning.

Retention and export

  • Retention. Unlimited by default. You can configure a retention window in settings if you want logs auto-purged after a set period.
  • Export. Download the full log (or a filtered subset) as CSV.
  • Purge. A manual "clear all" button (with confirmation) wipes the entire log when needed.

  • Audit who deleted a ticket and when
  • Trace which agent changed a ticket's status before a customer complaint
  • Spot patterns — which settings get changed frequently, which agents are most active
  • Compliance — keep a tamper-evident record of support operations
