Customers
View, search, and manage the people who contact you through chat and tickets.
What's included
Every person who starts a chat or submits a ticket gets a customer record. Replify tracks them automatically — no manual entry needed. The Customers view gives you a paginated list with search, filtering, and a detail panel for each person.
Customer list
The list shows name, email, source badge (WP User or Anonymous), chat count, ticket count, and last-seen timestamp. You can search by name or email, and filter by source type.
Customer detail panel
Click any customer to open a two-panel layout. The left side shows their profile fields (name, email, phone, company), all editable inline. The right side shows an activity timeline — every chat, ticket, and interaction with dates.
Source tracking
Replify distinguishes between WP Users (logged-in WordPress users matched by email) and Anonymous visitors (tracked by a persistent visitor key stored in the browser). Anonymous visitors upgrade to WP User records automatically if they later log in with the same email.
Pro additions
- Delete customer. Remove a customer record permanently (with confirmation dialog).
- Customer data export. Export a customer's full profile and activity history.
