Most teams stitch live chat, ticketing, and a help centre together from three different vendors paying a monthly fee for each. Replify is one WordPress plugin that does all three, and runs on the server you already pay for.
Built because the Karobar Management team needed a support tool that fit our workflow and nothing on the market did. A few months of building later: a complete solution we now use daily, and licence to anyone else who wants it.

What does Replify cost long-term?
Free tier is genuinely free, forever. No account, no email, no card. Pro is $79 / $149 / $249 per year depending on site count, or one-time lifetime licences at $199 / $599 / $999. After a Pro licence is activated, your features stay unlocked permanently. Even if the licence later lapses, only updates stop. Nothing breaks, no data lost.
Is Replify really self-hosted?
Yes. Replify is a native WordPress plugin. Chats, tickets, KB articles, attachments. Everything lives on your own database and your own server. No external API call is required for the product to work.
How does the AI work? Is there a per-message charge?
You bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API key. AI features are free in Replify itself. We don't charge per request, we don't mark up tokens. You pay your provider directly at their cost.
What's the catch with the free tier?
There isn't one. Free is feature-rich on purpose. It's how we win trust. Limits: 3 agents, 100 KB articles, 10 canned-response snippets, 30-day trash retention, and a small "Powered by Replify" mark on the chat widget. Automations, analytics, the activity log, and webhook/REST integrations live in Pro. Everything else (live chat, unlimited tickets, KB, AI with BYO key) works out of the box.
