What's included
Replify's live chat is real-time, multi-session, and works on any device. The free plugin covers the entire core experience: unlimited sessions, threading, attachments, emoji reactions, read receipts, transcript export, internal notes, and canned responses. Pro adds multi-agent assignment, agent presence, message search, and tag-based filtering.
Sessions
Every visitor conversation lives as a session. Sessions can be active, closed, or archived. From the session list you can search, filter by status, and use swipe gestures (or two-finger trackpad swipes) to mark read, close, archive, or delete. Drafts auto-save per session, so reloading the page doesn't lose what you were typing.
Messages
- Threading. Reply to a specific message and Replify shows the parent inline.
- Attachments. Drag-and-drop files. Images render inline with preview.
- Reactions. Six quick reactions plus a full picker.
- Edit and delete. You can edit or delete your own messages.
- Pin. Pin a message so it stays at the top of the session.
- System messages. Status, agent, and priority changes appear inline as system-authored events.
Read receipts
Sent and delivered indicators show up next to each message. Read receipts (visual read indicators) confirm the visitor has seen your reply. Sessions also surface a read/unread filter.
Transcript export
Any session can be exported as a transcript. Pro lets you choose whether to include or exclude internal notes.
Internal notes
Drop agent-only messages into a conversation that the visitor never sees. Useful for handoff context, shift notes, or tagging a colleague without leaving the chat.
Canned responses
Create pre-written replies (snippets) and insert them with a shortcut trigger. Snippets can be organized by category and shared across the team. Free includes up to 10 snippets; Pro removes the limit.
Pro additions
- Multi-agent assignment. Assign multiple agents to one chat.
- Presence and collision detection. See who else is viewing the same chat.
- Message search. In-conversation search with match highlighting and navigation.
- Tags. Label conversations and filter the session list by tag.
